Vita Vision LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this Shopify store and related automated messaging (including ManyChat on Instagram). This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

When you visit our store or interact with our social funnels, we collect information needed to process your request:

Order Information: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (processed by Shopify Payments), email address, and phone number.
Automation Information: if you message us or type a keyword in Instagram/ManyChat, we may collect your public profile handle so we can send the correct store or product link.
Device and usage information: cookies and pixels (including Shopify and Meta) to run the site, prevent fraud, and measure YouTube and Instagram traffic.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use this information to fulfill orders (payment, shipping through our fulfillment partner, order confirmation), to answer support questions, and to operate our store and messaging funnels.

We share information only with parties needed to run the store:

CJ Dropshipping — receives shipping details only so they can pack and ship to the customer address on the order.
Meta / ManyChat — if you contact us on Instagram, those platforms also process the conversation under their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention and Security

We keep order information for our records unless you ask us to delete it, subject to legal and tax requirements. We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are handled by Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout.
