Vita Vision LLC, doing business as LeoHart Lifestyle ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the LeoHart Lifestyle online store (px0akn-uv.myshopify.com and any related domain). These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our store and buying from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Using Our Store
Age: You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Lawful use: Please don't use our store for anything illegal. Don't try to harm, hack, or disrupt the site, and don't upload viruses or harmful code.
Our platform: Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform we use to sell to you.
Account and payment details: You agree to give accurate, current information when you check out. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that use incorrect information.
2. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may look a little different on different screens, and we can't guarantee that every description is error-free.

Blue-Light Glasses: These are non-prescription glasses for everyday comfort and style. They are not a medical device. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and they don't replace prescription lenses or advice from an eye-care professional.
Lumbar Support Cushion: This is a general comfort product, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have back pain or a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional.
Digital Planner Bundle: When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to download and use the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim the files as your own.
3. Prices, Payment, and Availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. For example, we may do this if a product is out of stock or was listed at the wrong price. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping and Returns
Shipping, delivery times, returns, and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Errors and Updates
Occasionally our store may contain typos, pricing errors, or out-of-date information. We may correct errors, change information, or cancel orders affected by an error at any time, including after an order is placed. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any amount paid for a canceled item.

6. Reviews, Comments, and Feedback
If you send us reviews, comments, or ideas, you allow us to use, display, and share them in connection with our store. Please don't post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store may link to or use third-party services, such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and our fulfillment partners. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Intellectual Property
The content on our store, including text, images, logos, and the Digital Planner files, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission, except as allowed under Section 2 for your personal use of digital products.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We work hard to provide a great store and great products. However, to the extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we don't promise that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Indemnification
If you break these Terms or the law while using our store, you agree to be responsible for resulting claims made against us, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable US federal law.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us about using our store.
